 Yes, but we HIGHLY encourage guests to reserve tickets in advance. Our theatre has only 20 seats, making every performance an intimate, up-close experience like you’ve never seen before. Shows often sell out quickly, so be sure to secure your spot through the “CALENDAR” page on our website or by calling our box office today. 

 YES! Our shows are 100% family-friendly and perfect for all ages—there’s no age restriction. However, please note that some performances include special effects such as flashing lights, moments of darkness, and theatrical surprises that may be a bit intense for very young children. We encourage parents to use their discretion to ensure everyone enjoys the magic comfortably. 

All ticket sales are final, no refunds. Please confirm your show date and time before purchasing. order transfers will be subject to a $20 rebooking fee and must be done 24 hours before showtime. 

Group discounts are available for parties that consist of 10 or more.

Humans are allowed to attend the show with their working service and/or support animals.  

Casual dress is acceptable however clothing featuring offensive wording and/or images, swimsuits, and cover-ups are not permitted. 

 The lobby opens one hour before showtime, and the auditorium opens 30 minutes prior. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth seating experience.

Please note: the show begins promptly at the scheduled time and will not be delayed for late arrivals. If you arrive after the performance has started, you may be asked to wait for an appropriate break before entering, as certain moments in the show cannot be interrupted.

No, seating is general admission, but with only 20 seats in our intimate theatre, every seat feels like a front-row experience! You’ll be up close to the magic no matter where you sit. 

 Our shows are approximately 90 minutes long with an intermission. 

We have a full service snack counter complete with hot popcorn, cold drinks, and candy.

We do not serve alcohol or a meal. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

You’re welcome to take photos during the show, but we kindly ask that you do not live stream or record full videos of the performance. If you share photos or clips on social media, we’d love for you to tag @AmarilloMagicCo so others can discover the magic too!
